Rolls Royce Convertible Phantom Prototype Spotted in Munich

The prototype pictured is based on a shortened version of the Rolls Royce Phantom Mark VIII and is powered by the same 460-hp, 6.75-liter V-12 engine as the Phantom. It offers room for four passengers, and the folding canvas roof is power-operated. The car is just about finished: just the Spirit of Ecstasy is missing from the hood and the front and taillights have some tape attached for disguise. an interesting addition is that the doors open backwards as with suicide doors but only has one set of doors. It seems to be based on the EX100 Concept showcased at the 2004 Geneva Motor Show not the EX101 shown at this years Geneva Motor Show.
