The Cessna Citation X is the worlds fastest civilian plane currently in service. The Citation X (pronounced ten) has a top speed of 1120 kph which is under the supersonic speeds achievable by Concorde and has a range of 6,000 kilometers (half of that of the Bombardier Global Express XRS).
