Lalique founder René Lalique spent some time in China during the 1920′s when he designed the décor for the Peace Hotel in Shanghai this time gave his work a certain Chinese influence. The Lalique China Mood bowl is made of lead crystal with a satin finish. The design is inspired by waves, clouds and haze on a lake which are typical themes of Chinese decorating.
